Shipping & Delivery
All orders will be dispatched subject to payment card verification, authorization and availability of stock.
We use a reliable courier service that can guarantee delivery (such as UPS, FedEx, DHL, DPD) All parcels dispatched will be delivered Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) and will require a signature upon delivery.
We will endeavor to deliver as soon as reasonably possible, within the agreed period (with the exception of bespoke, custom orders).
We regret that courier delivery delays can occur outside our control. Delivery times and dates are given, only as a general guidance. The company cannot be held liable for exceptional and unforeseen circumstances which could delay an order or the dispatch process.

A customer signature is required upon delivery or it will have to be rescheduled with the courier. To rearrange the delivery, call the courier – quoting the tracking number.
When your order is ready for shipment, an email will be sent to you to confirm the dispatch. This will also list an airway bill tracking number for you to follow the order with the courier.
HANBAGS SHIPPMENT, VAT, DUTY AND CUSTOMS INFORMATION
For items to be exported outside of the U.K:- The carriage charge covers packaging, delivery and insurance only.
Custom Duties and taxes are the responsibility and are payable by the overseas Recipient. We regret that we are unable to assist or advise of these amounts.
HANDBAGS VAT – The total price listed for handbags and shipment at checkout includes VAT. This is the final price payable by customer for their delivery of applicable goods. For all EU and International deliveries please note the price of goods and shipment remains inclusive of VAT and there is no refund or removal of the VAT.
HANDBAGS CUSTOMS AND DUTIES – All shipments are dispatched from the UK. Overseas deliveries are subject to local Custom import duties and taxes and may be affected by Customs and Excise delays. Customs policies vary from country to country, you are advised to check the Customs Policies in your country when placing an order.
As the recipient, you will be responsible and liable for all import duties, customs and taxes levied by the country you are shipping to. You will need to pay this to your local Custom authorities.
Please note that Samia Kamar Ltd cannot be held liable for any local Custom import duties and taxes, or delays. We are unable to offer you any assistance with this matter.
The charges outlined above must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
Samia Kamar Ltd is not liable for consequences that occur when a customer does not pay the Customs duties levied in order for the shipment to be released for delivery.
In the event that the goods are returned to Samia Kamar Ltd without any charges levied, in its original packing and undamaged unused condition, we will refund the purchase price to the customer less our delivery charges.
In the event that the goods are returned but a delivery charge is levied on us, we will refund to the customer the purchase price less the charge levied on us and less the original delivery and handling charges.
In the event the goods are not returned and received by Samia Kamar Ltd, no refund of the entire purchase price will be issued to the customer.
In any event, you will not be entitled to a refund of the delivery and handling charges.

Shipment charge for all Tableware will be advised to customer on enquiry.
Shipment charges will be calculated on size, weight and delivery location .
Shipment is within the United Kingdom only, we do not ship Tableware overseas.
Shipment insurance cost will be quoted.
